We evaluated the polygenic risk scores related to prostate cancer using genotyping data from 60 healthy controls and 106 prostate cancer patients.

Steps to reproduce

The polygenic risk score (PRS) was calculated from two large-scale GWAS summary statistics for prostate cancer: the BioBank Japan (EAS) and the PRACTICAL consortium (EUR). We used two software packages, PRScs and PRScsx, for calculating PRS.
