Description

Full spectrum cytometry data of PBMCs of longitudinal Myasthenia gravis patient samples before and after azathioprine therapy initiation. Additionally, the data contains samples of internal controls: three healthy individuals, two patients before/after mycophenolate treatment. In addition to data of unmanipulated cells (surface panel) intracellular cytokine expression was determined in PBMCs after ex vivo activation using phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate and ionomycin (intracellular cytokine panel).

Steps to reproduce

Data were generated using an Cytek Aurora Spectral Analyser and unmixed using SpectroFlo. Compensation matrix was manually adjusted in FlowJo and manual gating was applied (FlowJo Workspace included). The attached metadata links each sample with the clinical characteristics.
