Please see the "Readme" file included in the zipped "Data Replication Files" folder for full instructions on how to reproduce analysis in this paper. The zipped data replication files includes raw datasets used in this paper, one python program, which creates the final data sample, and two STATA programs, which are used to produce the tables and figures in the final paper.
