This data describes findings from a cross-sectional study of men 40years and above who presented to hospital over a period of 12months with lower urinary tract symptoms attributable to benign prostate enlargement. The variables of interest include age at presentation, International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), Postvoid Residual Urine (PVR) and Peak Flow Rate (QMax).
