Prior to formal administration, informed consent was obtained from the Education Bureau, school administrators, homeroom teachers, parents, and the adolescents themselves. Testing was organized by class to ensure efficiency and order. All questionnaires were completed anonymously to collect demographic information (including gender, age, and grade level) and responses to four scales. Special attention was given to items employing reverse scoring. After collecting completed questionnaires, invalid responses were excluded, and data analysis proceeded. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Hubei Minzu University (Ethics Approval No.: 101).
