Description

This repository contains the decision-analytic model files, and analytic outputs supporting a cost-effectiveness analysis of maternal respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccination in Brazil under three scenarios: an aggregate administrative-data scenario, a scenario based on an external clinical-trial incidence benchmark (MATISSE), and a higher-capture scenario derived from linked hospitalization and birth records. The repository includes: (1) Amua decision-tree model files (.amua) for each scenario, including deterministic and probabilistic sensitivity analysis specifications; (2) raw and summarized outputs from one-way deterministic sensitivity analysis (DSA) and probabilistic sensitivity analysis (PSA, 10,000 Monte Carlo iterations) for each scenario. Individual-level linked microdata are not included, as their use is governed by a data-use agreement with the Observatório de Saúde Cardiovascular (Instituto Nacional de Cardiologia) and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD); aggregated, de-identified hospitalization coefficients and case-fatality ratios are reported in the associated manuscript.
