Description

Source code for FE simulations of flows in inflatable periodic structures. Installation of SfePy package is required.

Steps to reproduce

1) install SfePy solver 2) find 'define()' function in 'macro_poroela_infl_inc.py' file and set the simulation type and its parameters 3) run the two-scale simulation: sfepy-run macro_poroela_infl_inc.py or sfepy-run macro_poroela_infl_inc_2mat.py 4) plot the results: python plot_poroela_infl.py output/data_poroela_infl_inc_1D_tube2_0.01.mat 5) display the simulation results using Paraview: paraview output/mesh_macro_10x1x1_poroela_infl_inc_1D_tube2_0.01_..vtk
