Acetylome and Proteome from Human Adipose Tissue

Description

Characterization human adipose tissue acetylome in obesity and insulin resistance conditions. Lean individuals (Lean: BMI < 25; Glu < 100 mg/dL; HbA1c < 5,7%), obese normoglycemic patients (Ob-NG: BMI < 40; Glu < 100 mg/dL; HbA1c < 5,7%) and obese insulin resistance (Ob-IR: BMI < 25; Glu < 100-125 mg/dL; HbA1c > 5,7%). Samples were prepared to protein enrichment and analysed using a Dionex Ultimate 3000 nano-LC system in tandem with a linear quadrupole ion trap-Orbitrap mass spectrometer equipped with a nanoelectrospray ion source.
