clinicatrials.gov database basic protocol elements data extract

Description

The data are extracted from XML files downloaded from www.clinicaltrials.gov registry. Data dictionary is available upon request. Short and Scientific descriptions are removed due to the size.

Steps to reproduce

Automatic extraction of data from XML files, conversion of data formats into the dd.mm.yyyy format, rounded to 15 of the month. Parsing of study design elements into separate string values. A number of interventions are also given. Programming is done with python 3 programming language. Data are available also on the www.clinicaltrial.co portal.
