These data refer to the paper "PRICE AND INCOME ELASTICITIES OF RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICITY DEMAND IN BRAZIL AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS". They show the behavior of electricity consumption in Brazil, in the period from 2004 to 2019, given the behavior of price, income, rainfall, and average temperature. The main objective of the article was to estimate the short- and long-term price-elasticity and income-elasticity of the demand for electricity in the country.
