This dataset contains 5 maxicircles sequences assembled from Illumina sequence reads; the sequencing of total DNA from these Leishmania infantum isolates was carried out by Franssen et al. (2020. Elife 9, e51243. PMID: 32209228). The assembling was done following the procedure described by Camacho et al (2019. Genes (Basel) 10, 758; PMID: 31561572). The maxicircle coding regions are indicated by upper letters in the sequences. The archive has fasta format (BioEdit). The WHO codes for the isolates are: CH32, MHOM/CY/2006/CH32; CH33, MHOM/CY/2006/CH33; CH34, MHOM/CY/2006/CH34; CH35, MHOM/CY/2006/CH35; CH36, MHOM/CY/2006/CH36
