Description

This data package contains the raw experimental data and MATLAB code used in the study "Grating Interferometer Phase Ratio Method for Coefficient-of-Thermal-Expansion Measurement Without Absolute Length Determination". The materials support the implementation of the phase ratio method for determining the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) without requiring absolute length measurements. Contents: 1. Raw Interferometric Data 2. MATLAB Code

Steps to reproduce

In a dual-grating interferometer system, the same displacement is simultaneously measured. The target grating is placed under temperature control, while the reference grating is maintained at a constant temperature. The interference signals detected by both interferometers are then acquired using a data acquisition card.
