Steps to reproduce

Nanostructured titanium substrates were fabricated, and MLO-Y4 osteocyte-like cells were cultured on them. Confocal microscopy was performed to observe cellular morphology. Quantitative gene expression analysis (qPCR), PGE₂ measurement by ELISA, and Cx43 detection by Western blot were conducted. Image analysis was performed using ImageJ, and statistical analysis was carried out using Microsoft Excel. All analysis parameters and measurement units are provided in the corresponding data files.
