Between 10 and 40% of adults in Western nations, it is estimated, suffer from insomnia. Muscle loss is more likely to occur when sleep is of poor quality and is brief. As a result, they might also have an impact on muscle strength. The normative reference value of muscle strength and PSQI scale which is stated in median and range are expressed to be (15.0-60.0) and (1.0-10.0). The relationship between the Muscle Strength and PSQI Scale was quantified by using Spearman correlation coefficient. Muscle strength shows fair negative correlation with the PSQI scale(r=0.142) and p-value(r=0.143).
