FTIR ATR spectra of diabetic and control samples of homogenated kidney tissues. These data were used in publication "Lipid changes in the kidney caused by diabetes determined by ATR-FTIR study combined with machine learning methods and metabolic profiling – correlation between spectra and biochemical data". These spectra are already preprocessed. The file contains the spectra used for the figures and is named as such (Fig 1a, 1b). It also contains LC-MS data used for metabolic profiling (Fig 6a, 6b). Machine learning was performed on the data showed in the Fig "2a" and "2b".
