Owing to the proprietary nature of the commercial datasets used in this study, we are unable to share the underlying data. These data are available for purchase by researchers from the respective data providers. To facilitate replication, we provide randomized pseudo data that preserve the structure of the original datasets and can be used to run the empirical analyses.
