Steps to Reproduce the Study Analysis This section guides you through replicating the key analyses from the dataset on Jordan’s fifth-floor policy, including financial Monte Carlo simulations and survey data processing. 1. Financial Simulations Using @RISK Requirements: @RISK software (version 8.0 or higher) installed on Windows. Basic familiarity with Monte Carlo simulation and @RISK interface. Steps: Open /0_Analysis_Protocols/Monte_Carlo_Workflow.pdf and read the detailed workflow instructions. Open @RISK and load the Excel input files: Project_Alpha_Input_Parameters.xlsx Project_Beta_Input_Parameters.xlsx Import or configure the simulation settings using the parameters specified in RISK_Simulation_Settings.txt. Run the Monte Carlo simulation following the steps described in the workflow PDF. This process will generate probabilistic ROI outputs based on varying financial and market input assumptions. Save or export simulation results for comparison with published findings. 2. Survey Data Analysis Using SPSS Requirements: IBM SPSS Statistics software (version 28 or higher). Basic knowledge of SPSS syntax and data analysis. Steps: Review /4_Codebook/Variable_Definitions.docx and /4_Codebook/Response_Coding_Scheme.docx to understand survey variables and coding. Open IBM SPSS Statistics. Load the aggregated survey data from: /3_Aggregated_Results/Buyer_Survey_Responses.xlsx /3_Aggregated_Results/Developer_Survey_Responses.xlsx Open the SPSS syntax file located at /0_Analysis_Protocols/SPSS_Analysis_Syntax.sps. Edit file paths in the syntax file if needed, so SPSS correctly locates the Excel data files on your computer. Run the syntax to perform descriptive statistics, cross-tabulations, and other analyses as reported in the study. Review the SPSS output for tables and charts replicating the survey results.
