The test set for the classification and identification of cyst nematodes constructed in this study (100 questions with standard answers) and the core structured dataset of the cyst nematode classification knowledge base (covering 8 genera, including morphological feature tables and core diagnostic criteria) will be stored in the Mendeley Data open science knowledge base in the form of permanent digital object identifiers (DOIs) for free access by the global research community. Due to copyright restrictions, the full text of the original taxonomic literature was not included in the submitted dataset. All other relevant data can be obtained from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
