Geophysical response of hydrate-bearing sediments: Influence of pore morphology from formation to shear
Description
The acoustic wave velocity dataset used to generate the figures presented in the article “Geophysical response of hydrate-bearing sediments: Influence of pore morphology from formation to shear”. This dataset consists of P and S wave velocities during gas hydrate formation, isotropic compression, monotonic shearing and large unload-reload cycles. Further, the stress-deformation characteristics of gas hydrate sediments under different hydrate saturation and pore morphology is provided.
Files
Steps to reproduce
The *.mat file contains a structured array with three fields. The first field, Name, serves as the plot identifier and includes both the figure label and the corresponding legend. The second and third fields, X and Y, contain the respective data required for plotting. To extract data for a specific case, such as EG40 in Figure 10a of the article, one should locate the entry in the Name field matching `Figure 10a EG40'. The associated X and Y fields then provide the corresponding data for that plot.
