Description

The main objective of the study is to evaluate the psychophysiological responses of school-age futsal players during a competition. Anxiety (CSAI-2R) and daily stress (DALDA) questionnaires were used to assess the psychological state of the participants. In addition, heart rate variability and salivary cortisol were used to obtain physiological responses. The hypothesis of the present study is an increase in cortisol levels and a reduction in heart rate variability, in case stress and anxiety levels are increased due to competition.
