Topical chlormethine is well-established for use in cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL), such as mycosis fungoides (MF). Several studies have reported onset of secondary skin cancers resulting after use of chlormethine gel for CTCLs. This systematic review examines this phenomenon.
