The *.prm files are input files to reproduce the modeling results presented in the paper. multicomponent_incompressible.cc and multicomponent_incompressible.h are the files that can be replaced, respectively, in [your/ASPECT/directory/source/material_model/equation_of_state/], and [your/ASPECT/directory/include/aspect/material_model/equation_of_state/], to incorporate the Murnaghan equation in the calculation of p-dependent density. The Mode* videos illustrate the plume ascent modes detected in our modeling (the test case number is given in brackets).
