The data gives an insight into whether farm inputs for cocoa production in Ghana are distributed and accessed on time and in the needed quantity. The data also quantifies the impact of untimely distribution and access to inadequate farm inputs on the cocoa sector and the livelihood of farmers in Ghana. Furthermore, challenges or causes of untimely distribution and accesses to inadequate farm inputs are explored as well as the measures to ameliorate the challenges.
