Description

The current dataset is the results of a survey of 244 employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to investigate the relationship between empowering leadership and innovative behavior both directly and indirectly through psychological well-being and psychological capital as mediators by using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The current dataset includes raw data, PLS-SEM results, measurement model results, and structural model results. The current dataset has four variables, namely: empowering leadership, psychological well-being, psychological capital, and innovative work behavior.
