Description

CD-1 mouse conceptuses were treated with Valproic Acid (600uM) for 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 hours on GD8. Proteins from the visceral yolk sac and embryo proper were separately labeled with tandem mass tags and quantified by LC-MS3. The attached excel files have the data for Visceral Yolk Sac (VYS) and Emb (Embryo Proper) protein quantification following analysis in Proteome Discoverer software. There are two replicates of each time point for each tissue.
