Description

This dataset contains raw data of DNA sequence of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) isolates recovered from human patients in Sudan presenting with gastrointestinal complaints. It includes MAP sequences of human samples (from tissue samples and stool samples) and MAP sequences of animal samples. DNA was extracted from MAP cultures, and a fragment of the IS1311 gene was amplified using nested PCR, followed by sequencing.
