Dear Readers, By means of data in the attached file; Using the "score_good" extension datasets; mean, standard deviations were calculated and Figure 1 was created. Datasets with the extension "score_ratio" were used for analysis of variance (t test and ANOVA). Binary logistic regression analysis was performed using "food_safety_knowledge_good_poor_coded" and "gender", "age", "monthly income", "grade level", "internship status" (categorical variables) datasets with selected "first" as a reference category.
