Description

This dataset includes the SEM images and particle size measurements of quercetin/proline cocrystals obtained by ImageJ software.

Steps to reproduce

Marked and labeled SEM pictures with all particles accounted for the PSD estimation are in the "Sample SEM images" folder. The XLS file titled "PSD raw data" comprises individual sheets for each cocrystal sample, encompassing comprehensive particle enumeration, accompanied by picture labels, and measured lengths. In the pdf file “Example”, we correlate particles in the SEM images and the correspondent values presented in the XLS file. For example, the figure in the pdf file is from Sample #1, is labeled as picture 1, and the particle indicated by the red circle is labeled as particle 44.
