This dataset contains the raw whole-genome sequencing data of Pasteurella multocida strain EH32, isolated from buffalo in Vietnam. Sequencing was performed using the PacBio Onso platform (150 bp paired-end). Reads were quality-checked with Fastp v0.23.1, assembled de novo using Unicycler v0.4.8, and evaluated by QUAST v5.2.0 and CheckM v1.2.1 for genome quality and completeness.
