Description

DNP-enhanced solid-state magic angle spinning 2D 15N-13C correlation NMR spectra acquired at 25 K on frozen solutions of selectively 15N,13C-labeled HP35 peptide and selectively 15N,13C-labeled 12-base CCAA-repeat single-stranded DNA. Spectra were acquired using either a 2D NCACX pulse sequence with a SPECIFIC-CP transfer, or a 2D ZF-TEDOR/ZF-TEDOR-CC pulse sequence. Spectra are in nmrPipe format. The pulse sequences used are also included, to be run on Topspin. See README.txt for additional details.
