This dataset includes the necessary data to replicate all the analysis of "Larger brain age gap in schizophrenia is not associated with antipsychotic medication", 2025. Dicothomic variables such as sex are encoded in the name (e.g. sex_M_1_F_0_). Note that estimated age and Brain Age Gap are both corrected (using Cole et al., 2018 method ) and uncorrected.
