This study evaluated individualized LM-potency homeopathic medicines for cancer-related fatigue (CRF) through a prospectively designed series of randomized, double-blind N-of-1 trials in 21 adults. Across three treatment–placebo pairs, homeopathy showed small but directionally positive effects on fatigue, with Bayesian analyses indicating modest pooled benefits and possible individual responders. The intervention was feasible, safe, and well-tolerated, with no serious adverse events. Findings support the potential of individualized LM-potency homeopathy for select patients with CRF, warranting larger and longer N-of-1 trial series.
