Description

Single-cell RNA-Sequencing Data and analysis code used for analyses performed in the manuscript "Fc-enhanced anti-CTLA-4 depletes tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells to augment immune effects of androgen ablation in high-risk prostate cancer". Includes combined raw gene expression counts matrix, batch-corrected normalized gene expression matrix, and metadata table including labels of PatientID ("patient"), Treatment group ("treatment") and Disease Recurrence status ("recurrence"). Also includes folder of ARACNe networks used to perform VIPER inference of protein activity, Seurat object of VIPER-inferred protein activity, with unsupervised cluster labelling "seurat_clusters" -- objects are included for whole-dataset as well as separately for sub-clustering on Lymphoid, Myeloid, and Tumor cells.
