Description of supplementary data The data set contains the following information related to surface finishing complex additive manufactured internal channels The high-speed camera observations and flow characteristics of the hydrodynamic cavitation abrasive finishing (HCAF) process is presented. The microstructure of as-built DMLS AlSi10Mg internal channels are compared with the microstructure of surface finished internal channels. Fine and uniform microstructures were exposed on the internal channel after surface finishing.
