Description

The SPB model is the simplest method for calculating thermoelectric properties through several parameters. SPB can calculate the ZT value, Lorentz factor etc. by parameters such as temperature, effective mass, deformation potential energy, density sound velocity, and lattice thermal conductivity. SPBn can calculate reduced Fermi level, effective mass, deformation potential energy, and Hall coefficient through parameters such as Hall carrier concentration, carrier mobility, sound velocity, density, Seebeck, and temperature.
