Structural variants dataset for 772 wild strains of Caenorhabditis elegans in vcf format.

Steps to reproduce
We applied Manta to call the SVs from the whole genome sequencing data of 772 C. elegans wild strains. The SV results file was merged using svimmer. Then we applied Graphtyper to recall the structural variants. SVs with GQ < 20 and bigger than 1Mb were removed. The consequent SV file was annotated using SNPEff.
