Steps to reproduce

Protein–protein interactions between Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae and host proteins were identified using a recombination-based library-versus-library yeast two-hybrid (RLL-Y2H) screening system. Positive clones were collected and subjected to sequencing identification. Interaction pairs were compiled into a dataset and used to construct the interaction network. Functional pathway analysis was performed using a predefined immune-related pathway panel. Experimental validation data were obtained from independent biological replicates and statistically analyzed to generate the figures presented in the manuscript.
