This dataset contains the structured literature review supporting an undergraduate thesis on Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) governance and technology architecture, with implications for Indonesia's Project Garuda Digital Rupiah initiative. It catalogs 28 references covering nine CBDC programs (Indonesia, India, China, Bahamas, Jamaica, Singapore, Brazil, Thailand, Sweden) and includes for each source: title, authors, year, venue, method, key findings, relevance to the thesis, and supplementary notes. Compiled using the Comparative Case Studies framework (Bartlett & Vavrus, 2017).
