This experiment involved collecting soil samples from the field and conducting indoor soil detachment tests. The data include site information of the collected soil samples, the total amount of soil washed off during the scouring process, calculated soil detachment rates and hydraulic parameters, and the root measurement results obtained from washing the roots out of the samplers.
