The original dataset supporting a digital twin modeling framework for full-field structural strength assessment and prediction
Description
This dataset provides paired full-field simulation data and sensor data to support research on digital twin modeling, multi-source data fusion, and validation of full-field structural strength prediction methods. The dataset is organized into two folders: 1) the open-hole plate (quasi-static axial tension) • Full-field simulation data (Excel): three worksheets corresponding to different load levels (e.g., 8 kN, 16 kN, 24 kN). Each worksheet reports the spatial coordinates of FE nodes (X, Y, Z in mm) and the nodal von Mises stress (MPa) for the whole mesh (54,013 nodes per load level). • Sensor data (Excel): three worksheets at the same load levels. Each worksheet contains 24 right-angle strain-rosette locations, including the sensor ID, coordinates (X, Y, Z in mm), and the corresponding von Mises stress (MPa) . • Abaqus input file (*.inp): the FE model of the open-hole plate under quasi-static axial tension, which can be executed directly in Abaqus to reproduce or extend the simulations. 2) Hierarchical stiffened plate (quasi-static axial compression) • The folder includes the same three types of files (full-field simulation data, sensor data, and an Abaqus *.inp model) for a hierarchical stiffened plate subjected to quasi-static axial compression.
