Shared molecular profiles of post-laser vision correction ectasia and keratoconus with key differences in CADPS, CPT1B, CIITA, and TBC1D4
Description
This is the Supporting Dataset for the manuscript 'Shared molecular profiles of post-laser vision correction ectasia and keratoconus with key differences in CADPS, CPT1B, CIITA, and TBC1D4' by Jaskiewicz-Rajewicz et al. in the Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences. Mendeley Supplementary Table 1. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in post-laser vision correction (post-LVC) ectasia ectasia. DEGs (all types of classes of transcripts) in the particular topographic region (central topographic region as TR1, middle topographic region as TR2, and peripheral topographic region as TR3) of the corneal epithelium (CE) of patients with post-LVC ectasia compared to adequate the CE topographic region of control individuals. The compared topographic regions with the sex of included patients, Ensembl gene identifier (‘Gene_id’), gene name, gene biotype, gene location, log2FC, and adjusted p-value are indicated. Mendeley Supplementary Table 2. The REACTOME pathways differentially enriched in post-LVC ectasia. The REACTOME pathways differentially enriched in particular CE topographic regions (central topographic region as TR1, middle topographic region as TR2, and peripheral topographic region as TR3) of patients with post-LVC ectasia, in comparison to corresponding CE topographic regions of control individuals. Enrichment analysis was performed in three settings depending on the sex of the individuals included and for each topographic region separately. The directions of change, p-values, and false discovery rates (FDRs) are indicated. Mendeley Supplementary Table 3. Pre-processed data obtained in MALDI-TOF/TOF MS/MS Protein-Peptide profiling for corneal epithelium (CE) samples of post-laser vision correction (post-LVC) ectasia, keratoconus (KTCN), and control (mild myopia) individuals. During MALDI-TOF/TOF MS/MS proteomic analysis each experimental sample was manually spotted into the MTP AnchorChip 800 µm target plate (Bruker Daltonics, Bremen, Germany) in three technical repetitions. Mendeley Supplementary File 1. Metadata of confocal fluorescent imaging of CE samples. Mendeley Supplementary Figure S1. Box plots of proteins peaks intensities from proteome assessment revealed as discriminative for particular CE of topographic regions in multigroup analysis embracing patients with post-laser vision correction (post-LVC) ectasia, patients with KTCN, and controls. On the left side of each plot the m/z value for particular protein peak is presented. On the x-axis, the subgroups of samples are presented. On the y-axis, the intensities of particular protein peak are presented.
