Title: Social, labor, public policy, and cultural citizenship dimensions of the Cabaçal Bands of the Pau da Bandeira Celebration of Santo Antônio de Barbalha (CE). Abstract: Analysis of social, labor, public policies, and cultural citizenship dimensions related to Cabaçal Bands of the Pau da Bandeira Celebration of Santo Antônio de Barbalha (Ceará – CE/ Brazil). It will implement a qualitative/qualitative approach focused on bibliographic-documental analyses of sources regarding the subject, as well as statistical analyses if the data obtained justify the latter option. In the context of the literature that will support this research, it is expected to identify elements capable of pointing out problems related to the professional activities of musicians of the Cabaçal Bands who are part of the popular manifestation evaluated here. The results achieved may allow conclusions capable of demonstrating sensate paths and possible solutions for known problems, in the scope of the Cabaçal Bands that constitute the Celebration of Barbalha (CE), but also unprecedented problems, eventually, identified by the research. Steps to reproduce

a. To understand the key social, cultural, labor, and property-related issues, as well as conflicts of interest and other matters concerning the Cabaçal Bands of the Santo Antônio de Barbalha Festival, as documented in the relevant literature; b. To evaluate potential suggestions and/or solutions for the identified issues; c. To devise plausible, feasible, and effective solutions aimed at mitigating and/or resolving the identified issues, with a view to safeguarding cultural citizenship as well as the personal and collective rights of the artists and musicians associated with the Cabaçal Bands that are part of the Barbalha Celebration.
