Description

This si the data for the paper "Regional House Price Cohesion in the UK: Recent Trends and Covid", which shows that UK house price co-movement has decreased and not recovered to its (low) pre-covid level. This may be related to the Work-from-Home phenomenon and the "flattening of the gradient" found for house prices in some other markets.
