Cyberloafing dataset

The data comprises a total of 277 responses of participants, predominantly young (82.3% aged 18–25 years), highly educated (over 90% holding bachelor’s or master’s degrees), and early-career professionals (88.4% with 1–6 years of experience). The sample is slightly male-dominated (58.8%), though female representation remains significant. The dataset comprises of the following constructs 1) cyberloafing behaviour (CYB), 2) psychopathy (PSY), 3) Machiavellianism (MAC), 4) narcissism (NAR), 5) psychological detachment (PD) and 6) leader interpersonal emotion management (LIEM). All these six constructs are measured in a 5 point likert scale. The responses were taken online.
