Description

There are three main source dataset for this Customer Preference from Kanoko Coffee Shop, that consist of Google Review, Facebook Review, and Pergi Kuliner Review. We find that from the three sources, there are some similar review from the customer that have visited Kanoko Coffee Shop. We use the dataset to help us understanding and analyzing pattern of each customer preferences that are reviewing Kanoko Coffee Shop. And we find there are many important factors that have effect to the sales of a Coffee Shop.
