These data correspond to the processing data obtained from protein differentially expression analysis of blood platelet components (PCs), when those PCs were found in association with adverse transfusion reactions (ATRs), in the following types: i) Buffy-coat-derived pooled PCs (PPCs) ii) Single donor apheresis PCs (SDA-PCs)
