This dataset contains the results of a Delphi survey on risk allocation preferences for PPP-MHPs in Nigeria. The survey gathered opinions from experts in the PPP housing sector on the allocation of risks in PPP-MHPs. The dataset includes the rankings of risk allocation criteria and risk factors, as well as the opinions of experts on the responsibility for managing each risk factor.
