Description

Data are from Petersen et al to be published in elife. Data include pair correlations and cluster data from dSTORM of Twik Related potassium channel (TREK) relative to the lipids GM1 and PIP2. Condition include 3 dyns/cm2 shear and osmotic shock. Electrophysiology data of TREK with catalytically inactive phospholipase D2 (PLD2) from mouse over expressed in HEK293T. PLD activity assay with shear in insect cells.
