Work Stress, Work-Life Balance, and Quiet Quitting: A Mediational Analysis Among Healthcare Tourism Employees

This dataset contains survey data collected from 536 employees working in health tourism organizations in Antalya, Türkiye. According to the Turkish Ministry of Health (2026), Antalya has 558 health tourism-authorized organizations, including hospitals, medical centers, private practices, and other healthcare facilities; however, the total number of employees in these organizations is unknown. Participants were recruited through convenience sampling, and data were collected voluntarily using an online questionnaire administered via Google Forms. The dataset includes measures of job stress (House & Rizzo, 1972; adapted by Efeoğlu, 2006), work–life balance (Carlson et al., 2009; adapted by Metin et al., 2023), and quiet quitting (Anand et al., 2024; adapted by Yıldız et al., 2024). All items were measured using a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree.
