These are the tribological test data for Enhanced Durability of Cr-Primed MoS₂ Coatings on Aluminum for Aerospace Flap Rail Slider Pads. The tests were performed in an RTEC Tribometer. The coated aluminum samples served as the flat lower specimens. A 2 N normal load, which is equivalent to 534 MPa maximum contact pressure, was applied in dry air at room temperature, and the ball reciprocated over a 5 mm stroke at a constant scan speed of 10 mm/s with an initial acceleration of 10 mm/s².
